We advocate for fair and nondiscriminatory immigration policies, with the goal of achieving comprehensive immigration reform.

We support comprehensive immigration reform legislation that:

  • Broadens pathways for people to enter the country legally to work and reunite with their families
  • Provides an accessible path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants
  • Combines these measures with smart enforcement that improves safety, supports legal immigration channels, and prevents discrimination
  • Achieves the successful integration of immigrants into our society

Donald Trump terminated the DACA program on September 5th, 2017, and with each passing day that Congress delays action on passing comprehensive legislation, 851 people will lose their DACA protection. In fact, since the termination of the program, an estimated 9,481 young people have lost their DACA protections. Without DACA, these young people will no longer be able to live, work, or study without fear of dentation and deportation.
